Ovais Yazdani completed an MSc in Management of Training and Development in Education from the Moray House School of Education at the University of Edinburgh, UK. He also holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from LUMS. In his final thesis for his MSc degree at the University of Edinburgh, Ovais presented an improved and upgraded model for White House Grammar School, a model which he is working hard to implement in the school today. He has significant experience in the field of education and development as he previously worked with Deutsche Gesellschaftfür Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) (formerly GTZ), as a team leader on the 'National Basic Education Policy Programme' to support the Federal Ministry of Education and Federal Directorate of Staff Development in developing and implementing its education policy objectives. He has also worked extensively with organisations such as the Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) on a World Bank project, Institute for Academic Development (IAD) at the University of Edinburgh as well as International Growth Centre (in partnership with the London School of Economics and University of Oxford) to name a few. His work at WHGS includes organisational development, learning & development, school administration, upgrading and strengthening the existing school structure including recruitment process, improving technical support and internal online systems, intercampus liaison as well academic policy and planning.

Amna Yazdani is an anthropologist by training, with a Masters of Science degree in Social Anthropology from the prestigious University of Oxford in the UK, one of the top ranking and oldest universities of the world. Previously, she completed her BSc (Honours) programme in Social Sciences from LUMS, with a major in Sociology and Anthropology and a minor in Economics. Amna's professional interests include social and educational development and social research, and she finds ways to combine these in her work as Director at WHGS. Apart from school management, Amna is also involved in curriculum planning and financial aid regulation.

Urooj Yazdani earned her Bachelors in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Interior Designing from Illinois Institute of Arts, Chicago. She had set-up her design studio by the name of UFY Interiors in Chicago, USA, before moving to Pakistan. She also holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education.
